Tsetso Designs carries mostly unique one of a kind artwork. Most of the items cannot be duplicated or mass-produced. Items marked SOLD in the gallery are only for reviewing our artist work and for inspiration of new designs. Some of the SOLD items can be Custom ordered by changing any detail of the design i.e. color, shape, size, materials used etc. For an expert opinion on how to custom order an item, please contact us.

In the event that more than one customer purchase the same item before it is marked SOLD it will be a judgment of time of purchase. The item will be shipped to the customer who purchased first, and the following one(s) will be contacted given a chance to custom order the item, change the choice of item or get refunded.

Shipping and handling – At this time Tsetso Designs is offering free shipping and handling on all orders shipped anywhere in The U.S. Territory. International shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the country that the item is being shipped to, weight and method of shipping (regular mail, registered mail, express mail). Exchange and Return policy:

1.    Exchanging a purchased item varies on the time that the exchange is desired:

-         Exchanging the item before it is shipped- please contact us immediately to find out whether your item has been shipped, if it is not shipped the exchange will be free of charge and the new item will be shipped instead.

-         Exchange after the item has been shipped - Tsetso Designs is responsible for one way shipping to the customer, to exchange an item customer assumes full responsibility for shipping the item back to Tsetso Designs. The new item will be shipped after the exchanged item is received at Tsetso Designs and has been inspected. All items to be exchanged must be in “as new” condition. Tsetso Designs will assume full responsibility for shipping the new item, after the returned item has passed the “as new” condition inspection.

2.    Returning a purchased item vary on the item. All items cannot be returned, see below for detailed listing of items that can be returned along with conditions for return. For ALL returns, original invoice is required. Only the person who originally purchased them can return items. Tsetso Designs assumes only one way shipping. Customers assume all cost and fees for return shipping. All items to be returned must be in “as new” condition, and pass inspection. Refund will be issued after the item to be returned is received by Tsetso Designs, and has passed the “as new” condition inspection. Original shipping fees where apply will be deducted from the refund.

-         Returning paintings-all paintings can be returned if purchased at original price, and are in “as new” condition. Some sales items cannot be returned.

-         Returning flowers – no flower arrangements can be returned after they have been delivered.

-         Returning jewelry – All Jewelry can be returned if purchased at original price, and are in “as new” condition. Some sales items cannot be returned.
